Before You Arrive

House rules

This is a private residence in a managed condominium estate. Some of these rules come from La Victoria's building administration rather than from us, and a violation can mean a fine charged to the unit or amenity access being withdrawn. We appreciate your cooperation.

Occupancy and guests

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children and infants.
  • Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional guests are not permitted.
  • The maid's quarters may only be used by members of the registered party.
  • The unit may not be used for any commercial purpose, filming, or photo shoots.

Arrival and building access

  • All guests register at reception on arrival and present a valid government-issued ID.
  • Parking is not included with the unit. Vehicles require a gate pass from building administration.
  • Luggage, deliveries, and bulky items must use the service elevator only.
  • Keys, access cards, and amenity wristbands are to be returned at check-out.

Inside the unit

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the unit or on the balconies.
  • No pets.
  • No candles, incense, shisha, or open flames of any kind.
  • Please remove shoes inside the unit.
  • Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
  • Do not hang laundry over a balcony railing, place items outside the railing, or throw anything from a balcony.
  • Please switch off the aircon and lights when leaving the unit.
  • Segregate garbage per building rules and dispose of it in the designated area. Do not leave trash in the corridor.

Noise and conduct

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • No parties, events, or gatherings.
  • No illegal activity or illegal substances. This ends the stay immediately, without refund.
  • Guests are expected to follow all building and estate rules. Administration reserves the right to deny entry or require a guest to leave for violations.

Amenities

  • Pool and gym access requires the wristbands or access cards provided in the unit.
  • Children must be supervised at all times at the pool.
  • No glass containers at the pool or in the amenity areas.
  • Amenity hours and rules are set by building administration and are posted on site.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
  • Keys, access cards, and wristbands are left in the unit on departure.

Damage and liability

  • Damage, breakage, or missing items will be charged to the guest.
  • Please report any damage or maintenance issue immediately so we can deal with it.
  • Fines levied by building administration as a result of guest conduct are passed on to the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The owner is not liable for loss or theft.
